News

In the current news this day much is being made of police officers using
taser guns on people with who they encounter. This has motivated me to send out
this report asking our readers to view the following video, followed by my
personal experience of being shot with a taser
gun.
Assuming you have viewed the above video wherein police volunteered to
submit to being shot with a taser gun, and going face down within five seconds,
and getting up and saying they feel okay, I wish to tell you my
experience.
First off, everyone who has personally known me for many years knows me
to be a non-violent person who has never taken drugs or alcohol, and has always
maintained self-control of his demeanor. Even those who have never personally
met me but receive my emails for years would find it inconsistent that I am
anything other than I have described. I have been a very
principled minister and a counselor for many years, and one who loves people,
and seeks to help them if I can.
Having said that, I now turn to my personal experience at being tasered.
One of the things that police do not like in me is my knowledge in law and the
Constitution, and my citing of legal authority appears to be a threat to them,
just as one judge said following his tasering experience, "Mr. Branson, you know
enough [law] to be dangerous." What? Knowledge of the law is dangerous? Yes,
there is no typo here, I am documented to be a dangerous man because I know too
much!
Because of my asserting of rights under the Constitution, I was shot by a
taser gun, but not for five seconds as illustrated in the above video, but for
three rounds of thirty minutes each, and not with the two darts shown in the
video, but with four darts [twice what these officers were shot with.] Now
keep in mind that I was fully behind bars, not subject to escaping, and all of
my belongings removed from my person. [Watch, belt, wallet, etc.] What danger
could I pose? Ah, yes, it was my mouth asserting the Constitution and
questioning their authority.
The man behind the taser gun: LAPD Sergeant Morgan. Every time he said,
"Are you going to submit?" I responded, "I stand on my Constitutional rights."
He then would turn on the electricity and torture me for thirty seconds. And
what was he asking for in reference to "submitting?" He wanted me to strip
naked. My argument was that if they wanted my clothes, they would have to remove
them from me. I was not going to help them do an unlawful
act.
Now let me develop this from a legal and Constitutional stance. LAPD
had made an unlawful policy, practice and a custom of strip-searching
every person they arrested on supposed felony charges. In another police
case, Los Angeles Federal Judge Wilson declared such LAPD policy as
unconstitutional. The City of Los Angeles appealed the decision of Judge Wilson
to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals wherein they affirmed the decision of Judge
Wilson as being well-founder upon the Constitution. The decision of the
ourt was that it might be possible that one may be arrested on felony
charges, such as writing a bad check that does not
involve drugs, weapons or violence. In such case, there lacks every
precept of Probable Cause under the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution to
conduct a strip-search.
This case fit into my situation to a T. There was no drugs, guns or
violence, yet LAPD was intent on following through with their illegal and
unconstitutional policy upon me, enforced by the use of a taser gun. After being
tortured by the taser gun, I was taken to the hospital where a doctor had to
surgically remove them, which was quite painful.
I initiated a lawsuit against the officers involved in that illegal
search incident, and only during discovery did I hear for the first time
their excuse for using a taser gun on me. Sgt. Morgan stated that I was going
for the throat of one of his officers. However, Sgt. Morgan failed to keep
his story straight, for I asked him where the officer was standing whose throat
I was going for, and where he was standing when he shot the taser gun.
Officer Morgan testified under oath that he was standing on my right
side when he pulled the trigger when I was supposedly going for the throat
of that officer. Yet, the doctors medical report cited exactly where he removed
each dart from my body, and every one of them were on my left side. [I still
have the photographs taken by an RN showing where each dart penetrated my body].
LAPD must have magical darts in their taser guns, for they can turn curves
and hit the opposite side of one's body.
I testify that these police officers enjoy the use of their taser guns
whether justified or not. The officer whose throat I was supposed to have
charged even asked me the question in the hospital, "How did it feel?" That is
an actual quote.
I know you are wondering what happened in court. Federal Judge William
Keller covered up for all the police officers and dismissed most every count
from my lawsuit.
In state court, all of the police officers and the City of Los Angeles
defaulted in the $13,620,000 lawsuit. The matter was submitted for judgment, and
the judge, according to law and the California Constitution had 90 to render a
decision. There has been no decision in the case to this day. I could never
appeal the non-judgment no-decision, so I took a petition for cert. that went
through both the state courts to the U.S. Supreme Court, and then through
federal court through to the U.S. Supreme Court, with no decision of the
case to this day. I have concluded that only the passage of J.A.I.L. in
California will allow me to get a decision on my thirteen million six-hundred
and twenty thousand dollar lawsuit.
The result is the now existence of JAIL4Judges, which we are
all seeking to place into enforcement.

 A man
was tased and arrested on a Utah highway after being stopped by an officer
and refusing to sign a speeding ticket because he did not understand what
offence he had committed or why he had been pulled over.
The encounter, captured on the police car camera on September 14th and released this week, is the latest in a long string of incidents involving the unacceptable use of Tasers by officers on citizens whom the evidence reveals are in no way threatening, acting unlawfully or resisting co-operation.
The video shows the Utah Highway Patrolman pull over Jared Massey and his pregnant wife who also had their baby with them in the car and ask for Mr Massey's license.
Mr Massey tells the officer he does not understand why he has been stopped or what he is being charged with, at which point the officer orders Massey to get out of the car. The officer then puts down his clipboard and immediately takes out his Taser and points it at Mr Massey without any provocation whatsoever, yelling "Turn around and put your hands behind your back" as Massey attempts to point out the speed limit sign and engage the officer in conversation.
A shocked Massey asks "what the
hell is wrong with you?" and backs away, turning around as the officer had
demanded, at which point the officer unleashes 50,000 volts from the Taser
into Massey's body, sending him screaming to the ground instantly and
causing his wife to jump out of the car and yell hysterically for help.

Lying face down on the ground a shell shocked, Mr Massey says "officer I don't know what you are doing, I don't know why you are doing what you are doing" to which the officer replies "I am placing you under arrest because you did not obey my instruction."
Mr Massey then once again asks the officer several times why he was stopped and what he is being charged with. He then asks for his rights to be read and points out that the officer cannot arrest him without doing this. Instead of reading Massey his rights the officer then addresses another patrolman who arrives on the scene sardonically commenting "Ohhh he took a ride with the Taser" to which the other officer answers "painful isn't it".
The icing on the cake comes at the end of the video when the officer LIES to his own colleague about the encounter, clearly stating that he verbally warned Massey he was going to tase him, as is the law, when there was no warning whatsoever.
Mr Massey is planning to file a lawsuit against the Utah Highway Patrol. He says he was already slowing down as he approached the 40 mile per hour sign in the construction zone outside of Vernal. All charges except for the speeding ticket have been dropped.
This amazing video reveals how
eroded civil and constitutional rights have now become. The officer had no
legal right to make Massey sign any document he did not understand
Tasers are supposed to be the last response before lethal action, however, police now use them as if they are batons or pepper spray.
In
the last year over 300 people have died in admitted cases in the US alone
from being tased. In the last week alone we have posted three separate stories of Taser deaths. Every week we post stories of incidents, which often feature old women, children and disabled people as the victims. The weapons are even being used in schools.
The police are now trained that
"pain compliance," a euphemism for torture, is acceptable in
apprehending anyone even if that person poses no physical danger. If you
electrify any person, they suffer extreme pain and stand a high chance of
being killed.
Despite this, idiotic media hacks
such as Fox
News host Brian Kilmead are happy to promote police state
tactics, selling the idea that protestors or people that merely question
authority in any way are threatening and should be tased or "beaten to a
pulp".
This phenomenon is out of control,
how many more acts of wanton police brutality, torture and death by means
of tasering are we to endure?
Taser use is being abused by police all over the country and beyond as cops are trained that torture is a perfectly acceptable response to somebody who acts out of the ordinary, asks the wrong question or refuses to show their papers.

Tasers are deadly
weapons that have a growing history of abuse by police. The taser was
originally accepted as a self defensive "non-lethal" weapon. Gradually we
have learned that it is actually a lethal weapon which has killed many
people (articles below).
At the same time,
the taser is being increasingly used in situations where the police
officer has no need for self defense. Police now use the term "pain
compliance" as a euphemism for torture.
A video camera
caught Utah Highway Patrolman John Gardner stopping Jared Massey,
with his pregnant wife, and their baby with them in the car.
Apparently speeding was the only charge that could have been made against
Jared Massey at the time of the stop.
Then Jared Massey
refused to sign the citation. The Utah Highway Patrolman called this
"disobeying" his instructions. Here is a clear distortion of the concept of a LAWFUL order. Citizens have a constitutional right to remain silent. Jared Massey asked repeatedly to be advised of his rights, but the video gives no indication that this was ever done. Being ordered to sign any document is not a lawful order, particularly
without having had the benefit of legal counsel. A signature given under
duress has no validity.
The Utah Highway Patrol spokesman, Cameron Roden, admitted that Patrolman John Gardner could have simply written "refuses to sign" on the citation. Follow ups:
