No, the Founder of JAIL4Judges Has Not Been Jailed

J.A.I.L. Associate Commander-In-Chief (NW) Bill Gage, has sent to J.A.I.L. a copy of the September 23rd Livingston newspaper article that reads, "JAIL(4)Judges Founder Jailed," with a photograph of the subject "Founder" being lead off to court in a jump suit and chains.
 
Actually, this alleged "Founder" is Victory DePonceau, who set himself up doing business as JAIL(4)Judges in New York. We started getting complaints from people about this man, in which we had to respond that this man was not connected with J.A.I.L.
 
Immediately below is the message we just received from Bill Gage, which we are sending to all of you.

I realize that some of you may not open attachments, and that is fine. Just delete this. Nonetheless, the attachment, which cannot be sent in any other form, gives the alleged run-down on Victor DePonceau, who is stated to be the acclaimed Founder of JAIL4Judges.
