Important Message To All JAILers

As with all causes, it becomes necessary from time to time to remind people of the need for financial support. JAIL4Judges is no different. The J.A.I.L. Constitution & By-Laws, http://www.jail4judges.org/goals/implementation/ByLaws.htm sets forth in Article VII. National J.A.I.L. Support:
J.A.I.L. hereby imposes a National J.A.I.L. semi-annual financial support of ten ($10) dollars on each and every JAILer payable during the months of March and September of each year. Such support shall be made payable to "J.A.I.L." and sent to:
P.O. Box 207, No. Hollywood, Ca. 91603.

Thomas Paine said in 1777, "Those who expect to reap the blessing of freedom must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it." Should we expect to achieve Victory in America without supporting it, we seek something that has never been, nor ever shall be. From the Founder's personal viewpoint, J.A.I.L. is a cause certainly worthy of at least 5% of their gain to which God has entrusted them. Notwithstanding this fact, it is hoped that this miniscule amount of ten dollars will inspire all JAILers to donate more than the minimum $10 according as they have been blessed by J.A.I.L.'s outreach. J.A.I.L. is the hope of the future of this nation, and certainly worthy of your financial support!

Also, on another related point, the leadership of California J.A.I.L. has gathered and determined that despite the downswing in the economy, it is paramount that we launch an effort to place California J.A.I.L. on the Ballot. Within this state our California Constitution sets forth in Article II, Section 1, "All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their protection, security, and benefit, and they have the right to alter or reform it when the public good may require."
This means that whenever We the People get fed up with the direction government is going, we have within our grasp the inherent power to change it to meet our needs.
Our message within J.A.I.L. is that we have a runaway arbitrary unaccountable judiciary that must be brought under our oversight. J.A.I.L. has a specific spelled out method of restoring accountability of the judges, California JAIL Initiative, and through this means, an accountable government.
By successfully accomplishing our goal of placing the verbiage of J.A.I.L. within the California Constitution, of which all judges swear by and Oath to uphold and defend, We the People shall restore the form of government envisioned by our Founding Fathers. Let it also be noted that once California has accomplished its goal, the impact will be so enormous that it will also shake up the entire nation. For instance, it would be impossible for only the State of California to be bound by Article I, Sec. 10 of the U.S. Constitution, "No state shall … make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debt," and the other 49 states to continue operating on unredeemable fiat paper currency. The fraudulent Federal Reserve Banking system either stands or falls together - it cannot half stand or half fall. The Federsal Reserve will go down like the Titanic.
My accepted task from our meeting was to search out and contact various professional signature-gathering companies to acquire a quote. At this present moment, I have receive one bid, and that is 1.1 million signatures at a cost of $1.65 each. With this, I am understanding that we will be guaranteed a place on the November 2010 California Ballot for the People to vote upon.
I can attest that in the early days of J.A.I.L., the California Judicial Council took their own internal poll among Californians and found that 52% of Californians were less than pleased with our judicial system. This concerned them quite a bit. They have been unsuccessfully seeking to improve their sinking public image since then, but matters have only gotten worse. The judges have engaged in an embezzeling of public funds, and taking $46,000 of bribe money annually, and have been publically caught in this criminal enterprise. Therefore, they hired lobbyists to rush through "emergency" legislation passed within hours at a time when our legislature could not even come up with a current budget for California.
As a result of lawsuit brought by Attorney Richard Fine against the Los Angeles County judicial system, the judges have imprisoned Richard Fine where he has remained indefinitely now going on three months.
We now have local judges enjoying more "salary" than do the U.S. Supreme Court Justices. Court personnel are being laid off, and the courts are closing down, while the judges are staying at home and receiving immense bonuses by their pool side.
In short, everything is collapsing in California thanks to our judges. Now is the time we hit the corrupt system, and hit it hard. We are informed that there may be large financial support for the California J.A.I.L. cause which I personally admit to the lack of substantiality. Nonetheless, we are going to post the J.A.I.L. Initiative on the California Secretary of State's website, which I know will bring us immense media attention and interviews.
