On this 231st anniversary of America, we view and experience through tear-filled eyes the devastation and desperation that has gripped this Land we Love. The advent of the internet has provided us a broad scope of facts and events occurring across this nation to remind us of the sadness with which we remember Life in the Land we Love.
We remember those in prison, many of whom don't belong there, placed there without Due Process of Law because they dared to stand up for their God-given rights which should have been protected by our absentee government that has been usurped by a power foreign to our Constitution; we remember that America, the "Land of the Free," has the highest prison population by far per capita than any other nation in the world, and is growing exponentially with no end in sight!
We remember those who are imprisoned in their homes, who don't dare venture out for fear of being harassed by armed forces wearing badges and camouflage because they are "wanted" for failure to obey the foreign power on command. We remember those who had family members, and even their pet dog, shot on their own property by armed agents of the foreign power because they refused to give up their rights unconditionally; we remember those who, living peacefully together without harming others, suffered a deadly holocaust at the hands of the foreign power as a domestic army using tanks, military trucks, helicopters, and machine guns and just "following orders" of their superior command, all paid for by the American taxpayers.
We wonder, how can these things happen in America, the Land of the "free"? The People are finally waking up to the fact that this isn't the America in which they grew up, and for which our Founding Fathers fought and died and mutually pledged to each other their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor. We are beginning to realize that living in America, the Land we Love, doesn't include our unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness that were to be secured by our absentee government.
We wonder why, when we read the Declaration of Independence, we cannot relate to those principles in real life; we cannot relate to "the land of the free and home of the brave" as we sing the Star Spangled Banner; we cannot relate to "one nation, under God, with Liberty and Justice for all" when we recite the Pledge of Allegiance. Why are these principles foreign to our lives in America? Why do they appear to be only a ghost of the American dream? It is as if something strange has happened to us, and for a long time we didn't realize what it was.
After 231 years, the People are beginning to wake up from their stupor, feeling the pain and agony of oppression and despotism, realizing that this is not the American way of life. We wonder how much longer we will be forced to suffer the evils that have overtaken us in this Land we Love. The People are beginning to realize that they can no longer be lazy and complacent about the dangerous evil conditions under which we are living in this country; and more importantly, they are realizing the CAUSE of these evil conditions which must be overcome by the People if they expect to restore liberty and justice for all!
It is in that vein that the People dedicate J.A.I.L., the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law, to America, the Land we Love, on its 231st Anniversary, for the purpose of being able to throw off the foreign power that has overtaken this country by usurpation of our absentee government, and to provide new guards (a restored American government within the meaning of the Declaration of Independence) for our future security. With God's Grace, it will be done!
God Bless America, Land that I Love
Stand Beside Her, and Guide Her
Thru the Night with a Light from Above.
From the Mountains, to the Prairies,
To the Oceans, White with Foam
God Bless America, My Home Sweet Home--
GOD BLESS AMERICA,
MY HOME SWEET HOME!!
