I just have to ask the
question and hope that all of you have studied history and understand
that we are being ruled under UCC corporate law. Each and every
state, city, and county along with the United States runs on
maritime, admiralty law. They have closed the door on common
law. It is common law courts that must be brought back for
remedy................not

Dear Loma:
What about the corporation, you ask? We must "throw [it]
off."
Everything you mention is unauthorized, usurped power which the
People must "throw off" as stated in the Declaration of Independence.
What is in power today is NOT government, by definition, according to our
founding document. According to the laws of nature, government is instituted to
secure the People's rights (Declaration of Independence), and when it
ceases to do so, it ceases to be
government.
It is the duty of the People to restore
government, as it was intended to be when instituted under the organic
1787 Constitution, by altering or reforming government to bring it back to the purpose for which it was formed in
the first place. The People have since experienced a "long train of
abuses and usurpations" for well over two hundred years, and it's time
for the People to once again separate themselves from the "political
bands which have connected them with [that unauthorized,
usurped power]" as our forefathers did from the tyrannical rule
of the King of Great Britain.
The unauthorized corporate power that has overtaken the People has
been "the patient sufferance of [America]" for many decades; "and such is
now the necessity which constrains [the People] to alter their [current]
systems of [unauthorized, usurped corporate power under color of]
government. The history of the present [unauthorized corporate power] is
a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct
object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over [this
country]." See The Declaration of

Yes, Loma, we do "hope that all of you have studied history and understand that
we are being ruled under UCC corporate law" and it is
exactly that understanding that is now the
necessity which constrains us to alter that system of power; and the
history we have studied and experienced under that system of power is a
history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object
the establishment of an absolute
tyranny.
J.A.I.L. is the means by which the People
will carry out their duty to alter or reform government today, and
that must be the focus. The People will settle
for nothing less than a Constitutional Republic, a republican form of
government --NOT A DEMOCRACY! Before we can think
about "common law courts" or any other kinds of courts, the People must
first "throw off" the garbage and
restore government and thus, the greatness which once embraced our
beloved nation. J.A.I.L. will do
