Seeking An
Independent Party
Coalition
Below is the pertinent part of a communication sent by
Rick Stanley to Ron Branson at jail4judges.org, followed by Ron Branson's
response.

.... I am trying to organize an effort to have the Libertarians and
the other third parties come under a new third party coalition with only
one
platform: "Defending the God given, unalienable rights protected and
guaranteed in the Constitution". That is it. Anyone in the third
parties can get behind that.
We can put up a unified front in elections
in the future and the
INDEPENDENTS will come roaring to that coalition if it
happens. INDEPENDENTS are the key to making this work, NOT THE THIRD
PARTIES. The third parties are just the catalyst. In the discussion
stages with various groups at this time.
Candidates can then discuss
individual issues as they campaign under this
umbrella. United we stand,
divided we fall. The time is now or continue to
watch the numbers fall
and third parties flounder. ....
Leadership is sorely lacking in the
third parties. Come together under this umbrella and INSTANTLY be
stronger. Ballot access can be achieved easier as well under this
umbrella. The Constitutional Party, the Greens, all the others will agree
with this platform. Sweet, simple and will unify a diverse group that will
entice the Independents from across the land and will motivate the millions who
refuse to vote because their is NO VIABLE alternative. ....
Talk to EVERYONE and see if this does not make sense. I can convince
many people to become a part of this if the Libs will consider it as well.
It started as my idea. Ideas need people to make them happen. The people
of America can run with this and make it happen. If the Libs, the
Constitutionalists, the Greens, Naders independent party, all go with this, you
will see an outpouring of support from across America.
Yeah, I know, about "ALL the differences". It is time to set them
aside and form a COALITION to defeat the two party tyranny in America.
This COALITION can FORCE America to pay attention. It would be a
HUGE
force but the time IS RIGHT NOW. The simplified PLATFORM is the key. ....

Rick Stanley, your thinking of coming together is not
unique. I am constantly hearing pleas equivalent to your suggestion that we must
somehow come together. I might say this has be the cry among independent
thinkers for many years. However, it just never happens.
One of the earlier independents I once knew
years ago said, "I've been in the patriot movement for over 30 years, and one
thing I can say is that the patriots are never able to get it
together." We've come down the pike years since
them, and it is still the same today.
So what you say may be nice to dream about, but it
will never materialize after your suggested mode. This does not mean that the
entire idea should be scrapped.
Here is my response. Your proposal pits the
independents against the current two-party system, and is sure to result in
strife. What J.A.I.L. seeks is the inclusion of all the independents
and the two-party system all involved in one objective, and that
is judicial accountability by striking at the judge-made doctrine of
judicial immunity. This goal benefits every party, every organization, every
agenda, with no one left out, including the Democrats and
Republicans.
J.A.I.L. has already built an body of citizens
made up of Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, Constitution Party, Greens,
etc, and includes those who do not vote, and those disenchanted totally with the
election process altogether.
Let's face it as a fact, independents
can never complete a project. They are as one that starts building
a bridge across the river, and before the project is complete, someone
starts building another bridge about 100 feet down the river. Neither ever gets
completed, while another starts a third bridge abutment that will never be
completed. What you are proposing is a "fourth" bridge abutment.
A gathering of the People must include all of the
People. It cannot be some of the People against the rest of the
People. Such an effort otherwise creates an "us verses them" scenario which
will not work!
J.A.I.L. is not an "us verses them" at all. While
the politicians fight each other and their opposing parties, J.A.I.L.
marches on, recruiting from all parties, excluding no one. Not even judges
are excluded who might want to take a stand with us.
Believe it or not, Stanley, I am totally amazed at all
the attorneys and the government people, both retired and active, who are
coming out of the woodwork in support of J.A.I.L. Why even a Los Angeles
County Superior Court Judge called me saying, "Mr. Branson, I support what you
are doing. We really need this. However, I cannot come out in the open to
express my support for you. And you cannot ever use my name." Even some judges
actually want to see J.A.I.L. passed.
Why re-invent the wheel, Stanley? J.A.I.L. will
eventually reach the masses level so that no one can stop it, not even the
political parties on any side of the ledger. And my challenge shall be, "Who
wants to?"
Once the people of America of all parties taste the
blessing of what J.A.I.L. has wrought, and how it has benefited them, they will
want to experience more. And I would remind you that what J.A.I.L. has already
become today is without financial support other than pocket change that has
hardly paid its own bills.
Just imagine what J.A.I.L. would do if it had financial
support? Let's fact it, Stanley, J.A.I.L. is destined to be the Eighth Wonder of
the World. VictoryUSA cannot be obtained though striving political
parties or candidates jostling for election, but only through a
revolutionary new concept not envisioned by our Fore-Fathers when they
designed our Constitution. And only because they failed to conceive the
idea, we must now 200 + years later, fight to employ this measure in our
Constitution.
J.A.I.L. strikes squarely and uniquely at the heart of
our problems, namely the doctrine of judicial immunity, thus, it alone can be
the only answer to an otherwise ruinous future for America.
Unfortunately, people love to see success, but are
willing to gamble with their future, saying in effect, show me success, and
I will show you my financial support you, while I am saying, show me your
financial support, and I will show you success. This then is not a question of
whether they win, or I win, but rather whether we all win or lose.
J.A.I.L. is the only answer, and shall remain so. The
question is just how low America has to go before they heed littl' old Ron
Branson's message to America! Victory is available for a low cost when American
is ready for it, and it is theirs just for the grasping of it. Thus, saith
Ron Branson.
Conclusion:
Rick, forget about seeking to establish a coalition of
independents against the two-party system, get behind J.A.I.L., a movement of
Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, Green and Constitutional Parties, and the
Mr. No Body, etc, and seek rather to accumulate the financial support necessary
to make J.A.I.L. a reality for all People, and you
shall have that which is beyond your heart's dreams. J.A.I.L.
is God's offer of a miracle to all People.
