OUR REPEATED SUPPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN DISREGARDED
(Letter from a political prisoner)
 Dear People,
    Please know that my situation seems hopeless - Herculean at minimum. As I have presaged in my book:  "Suffering Patriarchy" - when these courts are posed between doing the right thing and the wrong thing - it does the wrong thing every time.
    The Whole System has collapsed into a profligate reality - where law is excoriated from our purview. The reality of these courts is perverse. We MUST document them, and hold people forever accountable for their transgressions. Clearly these 'Judges' and unseen elite are enacting 'Anti-Law' against us - to where even the most Sacred Tenants of our Law are no longer obeyed.
    I have placed a "Writ Of Habeas Corpus" into the New York Supreme Court located at 60 Centre Street, New York, NY 10013. I sent this out of the jail on January 24, 2000 and demanded my Habeas Hearing on February 7, 2000. Wilbur Streett sent out the Habeas by certified mail to all parties on the 29th of January...and we heard nothing back.
    Wilbur put inquiries in - and still heard nothing. Then on the 7th of February, the day of my Habeas Corpus Hearing - he received the return receipt from the District Attorney, and the Jail Warden. However - the Court sent no response back!
    ....The Court finally sent the return Certified Mail back - but of course they have WILLFULLY MISSED THE HABEAS CORPUS DEADLINE.    Clearly, absolutely - law no longer works. This is all a game to enslave us. To do the exact opposite of what law dictates and to arrogantly abrogate the most simple of procedures to that we are hopeless. To quote Brad Rhunt of the Butte County D.A.'s Office: "Where do you go when the Judges won't obey your law?" Remember:  This quote is from someone WITHIN the System telling me this.
    We are the new persecuted class in America. If there is no protection for us within the law, then we must not and CAN NOT either support nor obey it. These people are our ENEMIES. We must treat them as such.

    .... We must realize that when the primary of law fails us, that the only way we can dissuade these Tyrants from their Mission is by application of force equal to or greater than they. When law fails - then the ONLY alternatives is either outright slavery...or outright war. ....    I have engaged with these diseased Courts enough to know that it wouldn't matter if Jesus Christ came down and showed the Judge the Truth of this matter - the Judge will ALWAYS ONLY do the wrong, unjust, and profligate thing. There is NO LAW - there is only defeat in these Courts. They are ONLY a Lie.
    Again, we must be pragmatic here and see the simple reality of what is transpiring. This is a Slave-Trade applied against men in this society, to drain their wealth and to control them so that an unseen elite can change this Nation, and subjugate it into "Something Else."
    We are no longer a free society. We must recognize an enemy when we see it, and by every means necessary, drive it out. When there is no law, (and there isn't) there is onlyTyranny. This is what we are left with.
    Since these people no longer obey law - the corollary goes that they will obey power. Throughout our unjust Tribulations, we must not forget the Domestic ENEMY against us. ....    We cannot forget these criminals. This new Domestic ENEMY who cannibalizes its OWN citizens that they 'pretend' to protect. We must rise up and begin to assert these Truths - and to draw a line in the concrete. Things are changing - and the future will not be kind to these diseased Traitors. ...
    I hate being right - and I hate the Present-State-Of-Affairs. But these criminals who do only wrong, and violate the most basic Tenants of our society and our laws - must be eradicated from this Nation's experience.
    Remember, this cancer now is lining itself to hunt and consume the NEXT generation: our own children! We cannot dare let this enemy pass. Know and recognize an enemy when you see it: "You will know them by their acts."....

    The gentleman that wrote this letter is in jail and has been on a hunger strike for quite a while now. Frankly he could even be dead for all I know.  If he is dead, he died an American hero and patriot.  If his words stir you to action reply to me.  The time came long ago for WE THE PEOPLE to stand. ....
    The government is NOT this country, yet many Americans have lulled themselves into believing just that. Face it, we cannot elect our own representatives.  The media controls the
information the masses receive, and no common man could afford a campaign to combat it-  I know, I tried.    We can not get justice in courtrooms, nor force a restructuring of those courts. They are taking our children, taking our money, taking our churches, and taking our guns.  The time has come to take these back!!!!  The time has
come to begin to organize on a national level. ....    ....    The destruction of our country, our founding principles, and our Constitution have been slow and cunning, our reprisal must now be quick. We can no longer sit back and wait for the beast to come to us.  Every new generation loses a little more and I fear the next generation won't even know what they lost.  This needn't be a battle of blood and bullets, but it must be a battle fought openly in the name of God, Country, and Family.  Truth, justice, and the American way for our founding fathers, they will prevail for us. much longer we can afford to lose.  Choose to fight today and get in touch.
