Filing a federal complaint of my own against an individual for acting under color of law (Oklahoma Supreme Court handed me the decision calling the act a jurisdictional failing) I was refused access to court as follows:

1. Although I named and identified the individual as such, the Oklahoma Attorney General intervened because he is a "judge." What this clown actually did was sanction me with "fees" after a case was res judicata.

2. The Oklahoma Supreme Court clarified and reaffirmed in Buis v. State that Oklahoma District court judges are not constitutional courts but legislative creations which have no inherent jurisdictional authority whatsoever.

3. The individual did have notice and opportunity.

4. He did not answer.

5. The state attorney general of Oklahoma is prohibited by law from intervening where any state official is accused of violating civil rights, whether the official is named as such or not, whether acting in an individual capacity or official capacity.

6. My opposition placed no fact before the court - no affidavit, no testimony, no deposition - nothing.

7. The federal official who handled my case according to the secret rules of Oklahoma's proud (sarcasm intended) tradition of the Ku Klux Klan mentality granted summary judgment.

8. As you know statements of counsel in brief or in argument are insufficient for summary judgment - lawful summary judgment must be based on the facts before the court and not on what record may hypothetically be constructed later. In other words, I got the shaft, even though my case was based on a determination by the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

9. Circuit 10, immediately sustained the lower court without reviewing the record.

10. Petition for cert before the U.S. Supreme court was handled extralegally as well!

11. My many copies of the conforming petition for cert were apparently discarded.

12. Somebody, altered the face to the cert by insertion and substitution.

I am presently biding my time to complain of the fraud of altering the record. The system is phony, dishonest and criminal - perhaps including the entire sitting United States Supreme court!
