THE JUDICIAL INDUSTRY

"At the establishment of our constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed us in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions, nevertheless, become law by precedent, sapping little and little, the foundations of the Constitution, before anyone perceived that invisible and helpless worm had been busily employed in consuming its substance. In truth, man is not made to be trusted for life, if secured against all liability to account."- Thomas Jefferson.

America is plagued by a tyranny so subtle that many of those who are agents of it are unaware of the part they play in it. It is an insidious evil that strangles liberty and imposes a monopoly on the mockery that passes for justice in America today. No layer of American government has escaped this monster's corruption. The Judicial Industry is a fitting name for this voracious beast.

The Judicial Industry has perverted the law into an instrument of extortion. It is made up of persons who profit from the legal looting made possible by oppressive regulation and the prohibition of popular personal vices. It is supported by the Prosecutorial State.

The Judicial Industry is made up of judges, district attorneys and other lawyers, bondsmen, bureaucrats, informers and the agents who criminally misuse them. They are "licensed" by Congress and their racketeering under color of law is endorsed by the Supreme Court, so, their crimes against humanity are "legal."

Every American, worthy of the name, has a moral obligation to work toward ending the systematic hardship being imposed on harmless individuals by the Judicial Industry. Prohibition and the suffering it has caused are worse than unconscionable, they are intrinsically criminal.

Harmless individuals continue to be subjected to illegitimate punishment due to the rabid enforcement of the morally illegitimate prohibition of some popular personal vices. These so-called crimes are created by a conniving Congress fraudulently employing the Commerce Clause. The real crime is the criminal usurpation and misuse of power that is always given favorable endorsement by the politically motivated judiciary. This creeping intrusion into our lives is the government by judicial construction that so deeply disturbed Thomas Jefferson. Jefferson's fears have come to pass. American's today are burdened with a LEGALOCRACY, the most subtle of tyrannies.

Contrary to the spirit of our Constitution, the judiciary serves a political agenda. Federal judges and Supreme Court justices are appointed for life and they act in political concert with their brethren in the Congress. By entrusting legislation to members of the bar, we have made unavoidable the conflict of interests that has caused our legal system to evolve into an extortion racket.

Our Bill of Rights has been interpreted into meaninglessness, so, We the People are our own last hope. Career politicians and lawyers have taken over control of the Senate, Congress, the state legislatures and, of course, the entire judicial system of America. They have established an effectively unbridled government within the Government and they are systematically destroying the remaining vestiges of the libertarian principles that once made America great. Americans are no longer, "the happiest people on earth."

We have a moral duty to rid our lives of the consequences of this treason against our fundamental legal source - the Declaration of Independence. When unalienable rights are violated, the people are justified in employing whatever effort is necessary to force the agents of government to respect the uncorrupted Law of the Land. Historians of the future will surely wonder why such an avoidable tragedy was not avoided in the first place.

Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness are not crimes. They are constitutionally secured rights.
