JUDGES COMING OUT OF THE CLOSET

By Ronald Branson, author of the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law. (JAIL)

We are all familiar with the term, "Coming out of the closet" as stepping out into the light of day with a practice that was formerly secret and hidden. It is just that point we address about bad judges today. No, we are not talking about sexual preferences or lifestyles, but of judicial corruption on the bench. What evils were formerly done by stealth and cunning deception by judges are now coming out boldly to the light of day. Feeling invincible, they appear not to even care who knows any more. They do evil with both hands diligently! "And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey." Isaiah 59:14,15.

It was that wise old man, Lord Acton who once said, "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely." Once one begins the practice of deception, that practice will continue to multiply both in number and intensity until it reaches a crescendo that it cannot be hidden. As someone duly stated it, "Oh what a tangled web we weave, when at first we practice to deceive."

At the risk of being misunderstood and called "uncompassionate," or "uncaring," this writer will speak the truth. He has witnessed may victims of the judicial system being fleeced, butchered, diced and ground to hamburger. He has personally seen people lose everything; their home, their cars, their businesses, their jobs, and yes, even their wives and their children, and their own freedom, and ultimately (in one case) their life all because of some proud judge. These are good signs. They are signs of pending change and the nearing end of the tolerated practice. It is only after blatant and out-of control atrocities dominate society that change comes about.

We have long heard about the bullfrog being slow-cooked in a pot of water under a low burning flame with the frog becoming entirely cooked before it realizes the water is intolerable. Should one turn the flame up too high, the bullfrog would take curative action and jump from the hot water. Just so, the populace seems never to wake up until after things become out of hand, and particularly when it affects them personally.

This writer is glad to see things developing the way they are before his eyes across this nation and in every state, for if you give the corrupt judges enough rope, they will hang themselves, and that is exactly what they are now doing. Rest assured, folks, our country will never be restored to any real freedom without judicial accountability, and that judicial accountability will not come about until we have had enough judicial unaccountability!

It has been suggested that we should attempt to get the various state legislatures interested in legislating judicial accountability. You can bet that they, upon seeing our pending victory in a nationwide grassroots effort, will devise their own version of appeasement on the subject of judicial accountability. This they will do, not because they want judicial accountability, but because they would like to avert a pending victory by the People. After all, they cannot allow a real and true government of the People, by the People, and for the People, can they? We cannot sell ourselves short at the doorstep of victory. We cannot accept anything but total victory. We cannot compromise! All the legislatures will do is give the problem a paint job.

When we, the People, have won judicial accountability, we will have automatically won accountability of the other two branches of our government! It is the unavoidable conclusion! After we have won in the states, we shall go after the federal judiciary with a vengeance, daring any Congressman or U.S. Senator to oppose federal judicial accountability! Thus doing, by God's grace, we shall save this nation from the claws of the New World Order and make it once again what our Forefathers envisioned. Indeed, judges are now "coming out of the closet!"
