JAIL4Judges is a free organization of Citizens
who understand that our delegations of authority and powers for governing
have been greatly abused by our representatives and officials.

This abuse has been concentrated in our judicial institutions
by the members of our judiciary.

This concentration of abuse of authority and power
has been aided and encouraged by our other branches of government.
The restructuring of our fundamental governing processes
benefits government actors to the detriment of the Citizens.

Collusion between our representatives and officials
in usurpation of powers not delegated
and which transfer authorities from their assigned agencies
is intolerable.

JAIL4Judges was born from the urgent need to provide a Citizen Remedy.

JAIL4Judges will provide a court of last resort for the people,
and by the people directly, not by representation,
to judge the acts, omissions and ethics of judges and other judicial officers.

The California goal of JAIL4Judges
proposes a constitutional amendment
reserving this authority and power exclusively to the people

JAIL4Judges is now represented in 47 of the fifty states.
